My KickStart gift vouchers cost £45 and are a great gift for family and friends who are thinking of stopping smoking and perhaps are in need of a bit of extra motivation, or are unsure if hypnosis is right for them.

If requested by the recipient, this option can be upgraded to my full One Step Session Session - the remaining balance of fees (£45) can then be paid at the time of their first appointment.

KIckStart Session Outline:

1. The session starts with an informal chat to find out about their habit and anything else, which they feel might be important to mention.

2. I then move on to a relaxing hypnotic induction based on maximizing their motivation and determination to give up.
